3rd Annual Power of One Gala

On Wednesday, June 19, 2024, Common Denominator will host our biggest fundraiser of the year the “Power of One” Gala. This event will be hosted at the New York Mariott Marquis conveniently located in the heart of Time Square, the cocktail reception will begin at 6:00 PM, following with a seated dinner and Evening Program at 7:15PM, the event will conclude at 9:30PM. This year the highly anticipated event will be centered around honoring our Rising Stars Scholars, Ten Common Denominator Students who have excelled as much in their spirit, attitude and agency as they have in their academic success.

Our Rising Stars are Resilient, Radiant, and Resourceful and we look forward to acknowledging their perseverance and determination at the GALA. Our event brings together a diverse network of professionals, educators, student families, and supporters of Common Denominator. All proceeds from the event will go towards expanding the reach and scope of our free math tutoring program. We invite you to support this worthy cause to help positively impact the lives of even more in-need middle school students in New York City.
